Operations Assistant

Salary: $60,000 starting Job Type: Full-Time

Keyser Enterprises, a proud franchisee of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City, is growing across 5 Midwestern states. We’re looking for an Operations Assistant who understands the beauty industry and wants to play a key role behind the scenes keeping our salons and studios running smoothly.

This is a full-time office position based at our St. Louis support office.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cosmetology schools across the Midwest
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring stylists and estheticians
• Manage inventory — ordering supplies and products for all salon and studio locations
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility needs at the store level
• Provide general operations support to keep our locations looking sharp and operating efficiently

• Active Cosmetology license (required)
• Some office or administrative experience (salon/spa background is a big plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple states without missing a beat
