Job Overview

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking an Esthetician and Front Bar Receptionist to join a national skincare brand. The role combines technical service delivery with front‑of‑house customer service, sales, and salon operations. Candidates must hold an active California Esthetician License and be able to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Hourly pay + product commission + gratuities + membership sales commission + service commission + Google review bonus.

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform 40–50 minute services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydra Facial, Procell, lash lift & tint, waxing, tweezing, eyebrow tinting, and scalp massage.
• Analyze acne clients using the Face Reality Acne protocol and sell Face Reality packages and products.
• Use Boulevard point‑of‑sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services; always ensure board compliance.
• Create and maintain partnerships with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and high‑level customer service.
• Notify the Esthetician Manager of supply needs to ensure necessary items are always on hand.
• Assist with all in‑store operational processes, including housekeeping, towel/sheet laundry, and salon cleaning to maintain a beautiful environment.
• Ensure salon standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory esthetician and product training, including team meetings.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Sell, recommend, and demonstrate FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify management when supplies are low to ensure all items are on hand.
• Assist in all in‑store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times (opening and closing responsibilities include sanitizing treatment rooms and high‑touch areas, restocking rooms and workstations, managing and completing laundry, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting treatment rooms and common areas, cleaning interior windows and mirrors).
• Assist with social media, Google Business, and marketing, including handing out flyers to local businesses.

• Support the team in bringing the brand to life—help with in‑store promotions, create branded social media content during shifts, and participate in local events.
• Participate in off‑site pop‑ups to connect with new clients and share the FACE FOUNDRIÉ experience.
• Participate in photo and video content to be used on social media platforms.

• Active California Esthetician License.
• Experience performing facials, extractions, dermaplaning, Hydra Facial, Procell, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting, lash lift & tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to retain clients.
• Guest service experience (minimum 1 year).
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Salon experience.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Part‑time and full‑time positions available. Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
