Kay Dermatology & Skin Aesthetics is seeking a warm, professional, and motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing cosmetic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aesthetician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, providing exceptional treatments, and growing both personally and professionally.

We are especially interested in aestheticians who enjoy marketing themselves, creating content, and building a loyal patient following. If you're entrepreneurial, motivated, and passionate about aesthetics, we'd love to meet you.

• Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
• Perform chemical peels and other aesthetic services within your scope of practice
• Educate patients on skincare and treatment plans
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products
• Help patients achieve their skin health and aesthetic goals
• Maintain treatment rooms and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and patient care
• Collaborate with our cosmetic providers and staff to create exceptional patient experiences
• Assist with treatment planning, memberships, packages, and retail skincare recommendations

We offer a compensation structure designed to reward both productivity and growth:

• $30/hour base pay
• 10% commission on services performed
• Additional 5% commission on new clients you personally generate
• Bonuses for memberships, treatment packages, and retail sales
• Ongoing education and growth opportunities
• Opportunity to build and grow your own patient following within an established practice

• Current California Aesthetician License
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and patient education
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to build rapport with patients and encourage long-term retention
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Advanced certifications and training in:

• Chemical peels
• Acne treatments
• Hydrafacial
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Lymphatic facial massage
• Brow shaping and tinting
• Facial waxing
• Lash lift and tint
• Microblading or permanent makeup
• Advanced facial techniques and specialty treatments

Additional experience in the following areas is a plus:

• Medical-grade skincare products and treatment planning
• Dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa environments
• Retail skincare sales
• Social media and content creation
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base
