The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, beauty education, and counter business management.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department while building customer loyalty.
- Keep current with beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
