- Lead clinical readiness and execution for new joint ventures, serving as the primary clinical partner to hospital leadership and ensuring strong referral flow, admissions performance, and ongoing service delivery.
- Own clinical quality, compliance, and performance management, ensuring regulatory adherence while using data and dashboards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop, coach, and hold Directors of Nursing and senior clinical leaders accountable for operational excellence, workforce stability, and high-performing teams.
- Champion a culture of compassionate, accountable leadership and serve as a visible clinical executive during periods of growth, change, and operational complexity.
Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (or ability to obtain).
- CHPN - Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site clinical operations.
- Proven experience working within joint venture or hospital-partnered care models.
- Strong ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Compensation $175k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
