Position Responsibilities:
  • Translate executive strategy into scalable, standardized clinical operating models across joint venture locations, ensuring consistency in care delivery, staffing, documentation, and outcomes.
  • Lead clinical readiness and execution for new joint ventures, serving as the primary clinical partner to hospital leadership and ensuring strong referral flow, admissions performance, and ongoing service delivery.
  • Own clinical quality, compliance, and performance management, ensuring regulatory adherence while using data and dashboards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, coach, and hold Directors of Nursing and senior clinical leaders accountable for operational excellence, workforce stability, and high-performing teams.
  • Champion a culture of compassionate, accountable leadership and serve as a visible clinical executive during periods of growth, change, and operational complexity.
Experience &

Skills:

Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (or ability to obtain).
  • CHPN - Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site clinical operations.
  • Proven experience working within joint venture or hospital-partnered care models.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Compensation $175k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
