Responsibilities
Perform x‑ray procedures the scope of certification by applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of and provide service to all age groups—infancy through geriatrics. Responsible for patient safety and well‑being during examinations. Assist and instruct patients during examinations. Assist with clerical and other duties as assigned.
Report all equipment malfunctions. Clean and inspect equipment prior to use.
High school graduate preferred. Graduate of an AMA approved radiology course.
Licensure/CertificationCalifornia Limited License required. Current AHA or equivalent healthcare provider BLS Certification required.
ExperienceOne or more years of experience in general radiology preferred.
SkillsBasic clerical and computer experience.

Hours of WorkVariable. Days and evenings, including weekends. Expected to work every other weekend. May be scheduled at any of the Urgent Care locations with radiology equipment.
Compensation$32 to $39.67 per hour based on experience.
