Location: Ballwin
Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $25.15/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and administers medication to residents under the direction of the nursing staff and documents accordingly;
Observes residents for side effects and interactions of common medicines;
Provides medical and physical care to meet residents' daily needs;
Assists residents during mealtimes and feeds residents that need full assistance;
Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident's electronic health record
