Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Waynesville, Missouri. Join a dedicated therapy team providing high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to help patients regain independence and maximize functional outcomes.

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and use of assistive equipment
- Accurately document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and payer guidelines
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation services preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
