** What You'll Do
** As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving the highest possible quality of life. You will promote their safety, well-being, independence, and personal goals while serving as their advocate.

** Essential Responsibilities
*** Follow and support daily routines according to each client's Individual Program Plan (IPP)
* Participate in developing and supporting IPP/ISP goals
* Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe living environment
* Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities
* Assist with personal care (grooming, toileting, dressing, hygiene)
* Prepare meals and assist with clean-up
* Transport clients using company vehicles as needed
* Report incidents and communicate daily with administrators
* Perform other duties as assigned
** Education & Experience Requirements
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of personal or professional caregiving experience  +
* Preferred: experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs
** DSP Certificate (Year 1 &
2) and CPI training  +
* Preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
** First Aid/CPR  +
* Preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days
** Must be at least 21 years old
* Valid California Driver's License
* Must pass all pre-employment screenings
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
** Remote Work:
