Overview
Find your calling at Mercy! The Compliance Director provides leadership, direction and oversight over the development, implementation, and effective functioning of the Mercy Compliance Program within a specific Hospital community. Facilitates policies and processes to support adherence to the Mercy Code of Conduct and Compliance Program Plan by Mercy co-workers and physicians serving in all assigned hospitals, clinics, Mercy-wide service lines, and post-acute facility locations.
The Director reports to a Regional Director of Compliance and performs duties in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission and values.

- Education:
Bachelor's Degree. You may be asked to provide proof of education. - Licensure:
- Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in health care regulatory compliance required. - Certifications:
Certified in Healthcare Compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) or become certified within 24 months of hire. - Other:
Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law. - Preferred Education:
Master's Degree preferred. - Preferred Licensure:

Previous healthcare compliance program experience preferred. - Preferred
