Empathy hands Homecare is seeking an experienced caregiver (CNA or HHA preferred) to provide in‑home care services for a client in Palmdale. This position requires hands‑on assistance with mobility and personal care.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In‑Home Caregiver with experience in dementia care to provide essential support to a client in his own home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in caregiving, particularly in home care settings, geriatrics, and ADL care. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well‑being of our client, allowing him to maintain his independence while receiving the care they needs.

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transfers from wheelchair to bed using proper body mechanics
• Shower and personal hygiene care
• Meal prep assistance
• Companionship and supervision
• Ensuring client safety at all times

• Previous experience in home care required
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Experience with safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Ability to lift and assist using proper transfer techniques
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
• Ability to work consistent evening shifts
