Salary Range: $23.50 To $27.53 Hourly

Director, Emergency Services

Performs basic nursing procedures within the standards of care in acute setting and within the scope of practice. Procedures may include the collection of vital signs, thermal applications, wound care, application of simple dressings, splint application, and assistant the nursing staff. Cleans and prepares rooms between patients and procedures including changing the bed linens and restocking supplies in the rooms. Will be trained how to work as a unit secretary in the Emergency Room as well.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of one year of acute care experience preferred. Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, EMT or paramedic preferred.

Current BLS certification required. Violence Prevention & De-Escalation certification required within 90 days of hire. California EMT certification required. California Paramedic certification preferred.
