## Description The Senior Director of Operations is a hands-on, execution-focused leader responsible for driving consistent operational performance and oversight of the Central Mountain market’s clinics and ASCs centers in Colorado. This regional role requires regular travel and focuses on translating established operating standards into reliable site-level execution.

The ideal candidate is a hands on, solutions oriented leader who ensures operational excellence, fosters a culture of accountability, and achieves clear, data driven results.

*** Oversee market-level operations across multistate clinics and ASCs centers
* Drive patient access, capacity utilization, staffing stability, and ASC throughput
* Directly manage Practice Administrators and enforce a predictable operational cadence
* Translate standardized workflows into consistent site performance
* Identify and resolve operational issues quickly without default escalation## Qualifications
** Requirements:
*** Experience leading multi-site clinics and/or Ambulatory Surgery Centers
* Demonstrated success driving measurable operational performance
