Seeking a and seeking a flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team!
Physical Therapist (PT) will provide evaluation and treatment services to residents, supporting them in regaining mobility, strength, and functional ability.

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective therapy interventions based on resident goals and progress.

• Work collaboratively with PTAs and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety measures.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri.

• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads.
