** Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
** to join our dedicated therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.

At Rancho Bellagio Post Acute, we are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care. Our interdisciplinary therapy team works collaboratively to support recovery, mobility, and overall quality of life in a positive and professional environment.### Position Responsibilities
* Assist residents with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
* Support residents in achieving functional and mobility goals
* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
* Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress
* Provide encouragement, education, and compassionate care during therapy sessions### Compensation & Benefits
* ** Pay Range:** $34–$40 per hour, DOE
* Flexible per diem scheduling

* Current, active, and unencumbered
** California Physical Therapy Assistant license
*** Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
* Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
