Join the accredited EMT program at Total Access Urgent Care and prepare for a rewarding career in healthcare. Our experienced instructors are passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of healthcare heroes. After completing our comprehensive 7‑week program, you will be prepared to take the National Registry EMT (NREMT) Exam and become a fully‑certified EMT.

To support the next step in your healthcare career, we reimburse 100% of tuition for students who are committed to serving the community at Total Access Urgent Care centers for at least 12 months after earning EMT licensure. The mission of Total Access EMT is to empower others to provide kind, proficient, and effective care in every community.

• Tuition Reimbursement:
  Full $2,000 tuition reimbursed in monthly tax‑free payments upon licensure. These payments are in addition to your full‑time pay and benefits.

• Students can choose from either our 7‑week or 12‑week programs with daytime or evening options.
• Certification preparation for the Psychomotor Skills Exam and the NREMT Cognitive Exam.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

• Effective communication skills and documentation techniques.
• Medical terminology, basic anatomy, physiology, and life span development.
• Competent assessment skills, including vital signs, for medical, trauma, pediatric, and special populations.
• CPR skills and airway management, including placement of supraglottic airway devices.
• General pharmacology.
• Care techniques for respiratory, cardiac, abdominal, allergic reactions/poisonings, pediatric, trauma emergencies, and many others.
• Demonstration of effective vehicle extrication techniques.

• Classes are held at the Bridgeton Total Access Urgent Care at 12409 St. Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044.
• Schedule:
  
  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. starting on 06/08/2026.
• $250 non‑refundable tuition application fee.
• $1,750 tuition paid in full before your first day of class.
• Ready to work at Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC) for 12 months after graduation for tuition reimbursement.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Unexpired driver’s license.
• Active health insurance.
