Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy services to improve patients’ activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support patients in mobility, coordination, and functional skill development
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

RequirementsActive Missouri Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license
Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation setting preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and patient care skills
Competitive weekly pay ($1680 – $1800)
