RequirementsActive Missouri Physical Therapist License
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• LTC, SNF, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Current BLS certification
