Position: Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY
Employment: Full-Time, Shift 1
Job DescriptionResponsible for performing quality ultrasound and radiologic images on patients for interpretation by a radiologist and/or physician.
Education and Credentials- Completion of formal radiologic technologist training from an accredited school of radiology.
- Current New York State license.
- ARRT registration or eligibility, registered within one year of hire.
- Certification (ARDMS preferred) in ultrasound for ABD, OB/GYN, Breast, or Vascular within one year.
- Licensed for contrast injection in New York State.
- CPR certification required.
- One year of experience preferred in general ultrasound.
- Must be able to perform ultrasound procedures on patients of all ages and work independently on any shift.
