Location:

Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 13 weeks (minimum)

Schedule:

Night shift (9:00pm-7:30am), 10-hour shifts. 7 on/7 off

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,485.00 (Gross)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains petency in unique aspects of drug therapy for all patients, including factors related to all patient groups
• Monitors drug therapy to evaluate appropriateness of use, dose, dosage form, regimen, route, therapeutic duplication, and drug interaction
• Concurrently monitors use of biotechnology drugs for pliance with prescribing criteria
• Detects, monitors, documents, and reports adverse drug reactions and medication errors
• Discusses medication order clarifications with the prescriber, documents any pharmacy records, and informs others of medication order changes
• Responsible for the accurate filling and dispensing of drugs and solutions from the pharmacy area
• Provides drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
• Reviews physician orders for possible therapeutic problems, contraindications, interactions, allergies, and formulary status of the drug
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacist by the California Board of Pharmacy, active and in good standing
• Minimum two (2) years of recent significant clinical experience
• Full time availability
• ASHP accredited residency preferred
• COVID Vaccine, required
