Competitive CompensationEarn $60–$65 per completed visit, with potential gross annual compensation of $123,000–$153,000 based on accepted referral volume, completed visits, availability, and service area.
$250 sign‑on bonus and $250 referral bonus available for contracting with our referral network and referring qualified clinicians.

Including areas like Simi Valley, Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, Northridge, Granada Hills, Woodland Hills, and surrounding communities.
Provide COTA services in accordance with applicable law, physician orders, payer requirements, and the supervising Occupational Therapist’s established plan of care.
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to support patients’ independence, safety, functional mobility, activities of daily living, and quality of life.
Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, safety strategies, and home programs as clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with applicable payer, agency, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with the supervising OT, referring agency, patient, family, or other authorized care participants as clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA license
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Passion for providing exceptional patient care
Professional, responsive, and committed to high‑quality documentation
Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
