Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs, create and deliver individualized treatment plans, help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and daily function, and support patients in regaining independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough OT evaluations
  • Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
  • Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment
  • Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices
  • Educate on strategies to improve function and safety
  • Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team
  • Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately
  • Stay current with OT best practices and research
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (accredited program)
  • Valid state OT license
  • Experience as an OT preferred (new grads welcome)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care
  • CPR certification preferred
