Direct Support Professional – Located in Montgomery County, PA (Ambler and Eagleville)

NEW RATE - $17.50 per hour

Per Diem, 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Ken Crest is seeking Direct Support Professionals to participate in the care of residents in our Adult Community Medical Homes (CMH).

At our Adult CMHs, we provide a home-care environment to four medically fragile adults with intellectual disabilities. Our Care Teams provide 24/7 full circle care to meet all social, medical and emotional needs of our residents while providing them with opportunities for the highest quality life possible.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Participate in and carry out developmental activities
• Implement goal plans and behavioral management programs
• Assist with meal preparation
• General housekeeping functions
• Provide transportation for social and medical appointments
• Provide overall support to the residents and the program

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid and current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Driver's license, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence
• Experience with medically fragile individuals and/or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
