Days, 8 hours M-F; times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR).

The role will involve serving as an assessing therapist with a lighter case load while taking on some DOR responsibilities. The position includes attending morning meetings, facility meetings, and managing the schedule.

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA).
• Oversee and ensure compliance with Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) processes.
• Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients.
• Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

• 1 year of SLP experience
  - Required
• Experience in a leadership role within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) rehab setting
  - Required
• Knowledge of PDPM
  - Required
