Job Summary

Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant needed for a 13‑week assignment in Mound City, Missouri.

13 weeks, 35 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, travel assignment in Mound City, Missouri.

• Deliver therapeutic activities and interventions as directed by the supervising OT.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the OT to support treatment plan adjustments.
• Document patient performance and progress accurately and in a timely manner per facility and state guidelines.
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to improve independence in daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
• Comply with state licensing rules and adhere to facility and professional standards.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current BLS and COTA National certification (NBCOT). State‑specific licensure required.
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, motor function, and occupational therapy principles.

Pay based on 8‑hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
