Rancho Manor is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Department and ensure quality food service in a safe, sanitary, and resident‑focused environment.

• Manage daily dietary operations and staff scheduling.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate dietary employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, OSHA, sanitation, and infection control regulations.
• Oversee food production, meal service, menu planning, and food ordering.
• Maintain dietary documentation, Nutritional Assessments, Plans of Care, and MDS updates.
• Process diet changes and ensure accuracy with physician orders.
• Monitor food temperatures, storage, meal service, and kitchen safety.
• Work closely with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in department head meetings, Quality Assurance, and Care Plan meetings.
• Assist with kitchen operations as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Healthcare and culinary experience required.
• CDM preferred.
• Food Service Director experience preferred.
