Lutheran Senior Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintain residents’ comfort; provide activities of daily living according to scope of practice; answer residents' call lights and requests; report observations to the nurse;
Handle residents’ personal care needs and support to maintain dignity; encourage independence;
Observe residents to identify changing needs and report information to the nurse;
Actively participate in residents’ care/service plans to improve residents’ lives;
Assist with residents’ therapies and treatments under the direction of licensed staff
