• Work closely with patients to assess conditions and develop personalized care plans.
• Document patient medical histories and progress consistently.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to supervisors and team members.

• Certification from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills including empathy and patience.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
