The Overnight (Awake) Counselor IC is responsible for providing overnight care and supervision for individuals experiencing mental health crises in a residential setting. This position involves maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment, monitoring patients, and responding to emergency situations as needed. The incumbent will collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care across shifts.

The Counselor II
- Outreach will be responsible for working with homeless individuals with psychiatric disabilities in various settings such as: on the streets, shelters, hospitals, and jail. In addition, with collaboration with other professional staff, the Counselor will provide case management, crisis intervention, and referral services to enhance client stability and progress toward community reintegration.

The Assistant Program Director will need to possess good written and oral English communication skills; ability to work as a member of a team, to maintain appropriate boundaries while working in close inter‑personal relationships; ability to manage program operations, support staff development, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

The Custodian will assist with various tasks performing maintenance duties. This includes, but is not limited to general cleaning practices, familiarity with safe handling practices of chemicals related to cleaning, and the restock of supplies. Responsibilities also involve routine inspections, minor repairs, and coordination with building management to ensure a safe and clean environment for all staff and residents.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing support to program staff regarding CCL health related services, medication management, records and documentation. The incumbent will assist in facilitating groups for health-related education and maintain accurate clinical charts in accordance with HIPAA and agency policy.

The Community Support Worker II will provide individual and group support with supervision, and orient new residents to the community and the program. The incumbent will assist with administrative duties and perform projects as needed for program quality and compliance.

The Maintenance Technician will assess maintenance and repair issues; such as painting, cleaning, patching walls, repairing sheet rock, etc. In addition, maintain and repair buildings interiors and exterior for multiple facilities. Prepare and schedule preventive maintenance plans to ensure safety and functionality.

The Substance Use Disorders Specialist (SUDS) for the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) will assist and provide services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness in the community where they live, instead of a hospital or clinical setting. Key responsibilities include coordinating medication management, supporting recovery planning, and conducting psycho educational interventions.

The Counselor IB will be successful working in a residential treatment program which is operated on a social rehabilitation therapeutic community model. The role involves providing individual counseling, facilitating peer support groups, and assisting with daily activities to promote personal growth and community integration.

The Registered Nurse (RN) for the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) will assist and provide services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness in the community where they live, instead of a hospital or clinical settings. Responsibilities include medication administration, health monitoring, and collaborative care planning.
