• Valid Missouri SLPA licensure
• Background or training in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
• Passion for supporting students speech and language development
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued

• Provide direct speech and language services under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support implementation of student IEPs and treatment plans
• Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to foster student success
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and therapy materials preparation
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
