Hourly Pay Rate: $22-$23

Shifts Available: 12 Hour Day Shifts, Monday-Sunday

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, specifically for 12-hours shifts with individuals with dementia. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

• Experience matters:
  Bringing 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of providing high-quality care.
• Experience with specialized care, such as Dementia or Parkinson's, is required.
• A desire for stability:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Organizing dementia friendly tasks and activities.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

• Helping with activities of daily living
• 10+ Dementia Care Experience
• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers and physical support
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

• Hourly Rate: $22 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
