We specialize in:
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Full-time instructional RBTs and behavior aides

Locations: School sites throughout the South Bay Area, California
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5–7.5 hours/day
Pay: $28–$32/hour (DOE)

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable individuals with ABA or school aide experience to fill School Aide roles in general education and special education classrooms. You'll be assigned to support one student or classroom throughout the day, helping our learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.
What You’ll Do- Help students transition between tasks and environments
- Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans
- Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members
- Stay aligned with behavior intervention plans and contribute to goal setting
- Learn and utilize behavior analytic strategies
- Free supervision for students pursuing their BCBA or RBT certification
- Weekly training and hands‑on experience with a supportive clinical team
- Mentorship and tutoring from BCBAs who understand your path (we’re 100% BCBA-owned and operated!)
- High school diploma or GED (college students encouraged to apply!)
- 1+ years of experience in ABA or as a school aide preferred
- RBT credential is a major plus
- Experience with autism or other developmental disabilities
- High energy, great attitude, and love for working with children
- Excellent reliability and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass state and federal background checks
