Location: De Soto
Advantmed seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct structured in-home wellness and risk-adjustment assessments for diverse patient populations as a 1099 PRN role. You will perform comprehensive evaluations that inform value-based care and patient risk profiles.
This flexible, provider-driven role offers training, dedicated support, and autonomy with no evenings or weekends, plus pay of ~ $100 per completed assessment plus mileage. Travel within a 55-mile radius may be required.
