The position may include acting as a lead in the absence of direct leadership, serving as an expert resource, and assisting in training. Hours:
6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements- Education:
Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours - Experience:
2 years of relevant experience - License:
State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice - Certifications/Registries: ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and 3 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area OR 2 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area and 5 years of applicable experience;
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Note:
In the state of Arkansas, ARDMS-RVT OR CCI-RVS OR ARRT-VS may be required within 12 months of hire and/or transfer depending on scope of role
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage schedules, and coordinate daily operations
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Thorough understanding of protocols and ability to make adjustments as needed
- Knowledge in proficiency producing diagnostic images with the ability to recognize technical abnormalities
- Knowledge of advanced procedures and/or invasive procedures, if applicable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and accreditation standards
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
