- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Analyze test results and report findings accurately to physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new laboratory techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
