Lutheran Senior Services - - Responsibilities:
Plan and implement lifestyle enrichment activities to support wellness across social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual domains;
Observe residents' attendance, mood, behavior, and level of involvement to assess progress and tailor activities;
Prepare rooms and areas for lifestyle enrichment programs and transport residents to and from activities, then clean up;
Respond to residents based on individual activity level and interests to ensure participation and satisfaction;
Communicate changes observed to supervisor and other team members as needed
