Director, Treatment Experience Strategy & Operations

Align patient services initiatives with organizational goals, compliance standards, and market access strategies
Manage vendor relationships to deliver high quality services and operational excellence
Drive digital-first strategies for patient engagement and identify technology solutions
Define and refine key performance metrics by leveraging patient analytics and customer feedback
Provide oversight of the Treatment Experience budget and forecast
Collaborate cross-functionally with all external vendors and internal stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Advanced Degree Preferred (Pharm-D or Master’s Degree)
• 10+ years of relevant working experience in Patient Services function
• Proven experience in strategic planning and optimizing organizational effectiveness
• Track record of successfully managing and leading vendor relationships
• Strong functional knowledge of health insurance and benefits (i.e. Medicare Part D, commercial and Medicaid)
• In depth familiarity of pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance requirements (HIPAA regulations)
