Job Description
Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking to hire multiple full-time and per diem day and overnight Team Lead Clinicians for its Mobile Crisis Response Team Program (MCRT).
Program OverviewThe Mobile Crisis Response Team Program is an innovative new program for San Diego County. MCRT will respond to urgent/emergency (non-911) calls and provide crisis intervention for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, and to connect them to the most appropriate level of care. These services will be provided 24/7/365 to all ages in the North Coastal San Diego Region. This is a field-based program that includes working as part of a team and possibly transporting clients.
Job SummaryTeam Lead Clinicians operate as part of a team responding to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis in the community. Team Leads will conduct a concise assessment to determine the individual’s needs, appropriate interventions and level of care. Interventions may include transporting individuals to an appropriate level of care, supporting families, and case management. Teams will also work with first responders and the community when appropriate.
Team Lead Clinicians work 12-hour shifts, overnight shifts (7pm – 7:30am) include a differential. Pay range is $94,000 - $113,848 per year, commensurate with experience and based on shift.
Sign on Bonus for Full Time $5,000
Current available shifts include 7am – 7:30pm, 10am – 11:30pm, 2pm – 2:30am, 7pm – 7:30am
Qualifications/Requirements- Current Licensure by the State of California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or RN, required.
- Three (3) years of Mental Health and Substance Abuse clinical experience.
- Two (2) years of behavioral health crisis interventions experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of crisis intervention, behavioral health and risk assessment.
- Must possess independent and mature clinical judgment and the ability to critically assess a situation for risk and response.
- Must pass criminal background check, successfully complete applicable credentialing, and receive approval for §5150 designation, as applicable.
- Valid CA driver’s license and is required. Good driving record with 3 years of driving experience and candidate must be 21 years old or older to drive.
- Bilingual strongly preferred
Please note schedule for full time positions will be three, twelve (12) hour shifts.
