Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position during the  school year in Fairfield, CA. If you are passionate about supporting students' communication skills and enhancing their overall educational experience, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students' communication goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
