Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist in the manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in enhancing communication abilities among employees, thereby fostering a more inclusive and productive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a workplace setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its specific communication challenges.
  • Experience in developing training materials and workshops for employees.
  • Bilingual abilities to support a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities in employees.
