• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with clinical standards
• Perform assessments and adjust treatments based on patient progress
• Administer rehabilitative procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive device use
• Document patient care and outcomes thoroughly in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery
• Provide guidance and support to occupational therapy assistants and students
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as professional ethical standards

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
• NBCOT certification
• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in long-term care
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
