Fresenius Medical Care - - Responsibilities:
Operate hemodialysis machines and assist in the setup and connection of dialysis therapy as prescribed.;
Monitor patient vital signs and dialysis parameters during treatment and report changes to RN or supervisor.;
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment and ensure proper infection control practices.;
Assist in patient education regarding dialysis adequacy measures and disease process as directed.;
Document treatment data and ensure accurate recording of vital signs, treatment parameters, and laboratory specimens as required.
