Position:
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
Employment Status:
Per-Diem, Part-Time

Location:

Work in the area you prefer - your caseload follows your location choice.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient's functional status and participates in development of plan of care
• Develop treatment program and establish goals for improved function
• May teach new skills or retrain patient in once familiar daily activities that have been lost due to illness or injury
• May train patient in the use of prosthetic and/or orthotic device
• Maintains good communication with other personnel involves in the patients care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Occupational Therapist with current licensure
• Minimum of two (2) year experience.
• Self directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Possesses and maintains CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
