Responsibilities- Provide one‑on‑one care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and meal prep.
- Assist with eating, medications, and mobility/transfer as needed.
- Provide essential transportation for clients to appointments and errands.
- Assist with correspondence and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
