School-Based Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)

A supportive school district in the Waynesville, MO area is now hiring a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) for the upcoming school year. This position will primarily support a K-8th caseload consisting of students with speech and language needs, learning disabilities, and autism services. The district is actively interviewing candidates now for an August 2026 start date.

• Location: Waynesville MO
• Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
• Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week
• Assignment Dates: August 2026 June 2027
• Pay: $45-50+/hr

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-8th students under supervision
• Conduct assessments and assist with evaluations and documentation
• Develop treatment plans and support IEP implementation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
• Support students with speech/language impairments, learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorders

• School-based experience preferred

• Active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility
• Must be eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year
