CALO Programs in Lake Ozark, MO is hiring Youth Mentors (Direct Support Professionals, DSPs) to support youth overcoming trauma. The role is on-site with a full-time 4-day work week, Day/Mid/Overnight shifts, and weekend availability.
You will build relationships, ensure safety and emotional well-being, participate in therapy groups, and lead activities that promote healing and growth. A high school diploma or GED and 21+ are required; background checks and a physical are needed.
