As an In Home Caregiver with Right at Home El Dorado Hills, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while receiving competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive local office team. We are seeking dependable caregivers to serve seniors throughout Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, and surrounding areas.

• Competitive pay: $19–25/hr based on experience and assignment type

• Meaningful one-on-one client relationships

• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, linen changes
• Transportation and accompaniment to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Ambulation and mobility assistance
  • Transfers and repositioning
  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Observation and reporting of changes in client condition
• Maintaining a safe and supportive home environment

• Compassionate and dependable
• Comfortable assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely when required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong communication skills
• Professional or family caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Current HCA registration preferred
• CNA certification welcomed
• Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment
• Must be at least 18 years old

$20–26/hr based on experience, certifications, availability, shift type, and client assignment.
