- Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.) required
- Personal experience as a consumer, foster parent, or parent of a child in the child welfare, probation, or mental health systems required
- One (1) year of full-time experience performing non-professional, consumer directed services in a mental health, health care, or other social services agency / organization serving people with disabilities preferred.
- A valid California Driver's License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria.
Provides outreach, advocacy, education, and support to family members throughout a client’s treatment and recovery process. Helps families identify strengths and needs, connects them to community resources, provides crisis support, collaborates with the treatment team on care and safety planning, and documents services while promoting long-term family self-sufficiency and engagement.
Division/Program Overview:- Population Served (Capacity):
Serves clients (ages 11-17) - Facility & Setting:
Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle. - Clinical Services (Core):
Individual and family Counseling. - Skills & Services:
Medication management, Housing, Education, and Vocational Support services. - Role specific Benefits & Reimbursements:
