National Health Care Corporation (NHC) is seeking a Social Worker BSW for our Osage Beach Center for Behavioral Health. This hospital-based role focuses on quality patient care, social assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning in an 18-bed psychiatric unit.
You will lead primary treatment modalities, group, family, and individual therapies as part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in community outreach to improve behavioral health in the community.
