Pay: $55-$65 per hour

What You’ll DoConducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Providing 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions
Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans
Collaborating closely with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
BCBA certification
Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure (provisional licensure will be considered)
Experience providing ABA therapy for children
Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills
Reliable transportation for travel between school sites

Mileage reimbursement + $25 biweekly travel stipend
